Creative Team Favorites – 12/13/17

Today’s the day that I get the opportunity to share another group of Creative Team Favorites with you! It’s a feature where several of Amber’s creative team members share a page with us using older products from Amber’s shop at The Lilypad. The best part is that they often share a little of the story behind the layout or possibly their kit choices with us, too!

First up, we have Jan S:

She used the Umbrellas Overhead kit and Pocket Cards

Jan says “I needed a great kit to scrap this stormy day photo and Umbrellas Overhead was absolutely perfect. I love the black and gray to reflect the feel of the day and the color for just an added pop.”

Next, one from Luly:

Luly used the City Sidewalks kit and matching Pocket Cards

She says “I love how the City Sidewalks theme adds a little bit to my story walking around downtown Chicago with the lights.”

Then we have Carrie:

She used City Sidewalks

I couldn’t wait to use this kit to document a shopping trip my girlfriends and I took to an outlet mall. The little store elements in this kit are my favorite.

Next, one from Holly:

An annual holiday party with friends and the Nutcracker with my daughter and our Girl Scout Troop at the local theater! Using Amber LaBau Design’s  A Season to Remember (and pocket cards) with Sparkle & Shine Alphas. Also using a modified story grid to create 6×8’s.

Last, we have Lynnette:

I really wanted to scrap these cookie photos, and Amber’s Joyful elements and papers matched how bright and colorful my photos are. The paint splatters and bead scatter seemed like perfect embellishments as they sort of mimic the messy aspect of making Christmas cookies.

We hope we’ve inspired you today. Please feel free to link us up to a favorite layout that you’ve made using Amber’s products!

Stacy is an accountant by day and spends time scrapping when she can. She describes herself as a storyteller at heart, who wants her children to understand and feel what she was thinking when she created her pages. Her scrapping goal for 2016 is to continue focusing on everyday moments and maybe to get a little more current on weekly scrapping 😉
